Irene van der Does
After establishing a successful European fashion label, Irene moved to Australia in 2004 and has since honed in on the mechanics of the creative process. She now is an executive coach and has worked with the likes of Vodafone, AMP and Macquarie Bank. Her book Leading by Design will be launched at the end of May and is a practice and a methodology based on design thinking.
Irene on the process of writing her book: "I underwent a major shift during the creation this book as I departed from my comfort zone and tackled wholly unknown forces. Though I am not unfamiliar with such an experience, having emigrated from Holland to Australia 7 years ago, composing a book in what was an unknown language to me was a new and difficult challenge.
Cenk is an Online Marketing and Social Media Specialist with a passion for emerging technologies and trends. Another passion is his love for great food. Combining the two led to instigate the Social Dinner Club, bringing food lovers, food professionals and restaurants together in a unique dining event. Food lovers learn more about the ethnic cuisines and cultures, enjoy good food and wine, make new friends and have fun by playing games using Social Media. The event didn't go unnoticed: it's the first event sponsored by Google Sydney, it's followed by over 1000 Sydneysiders and listed among the Top 10 Trends in Australian Retail and Hospitality this year ( Marketing Mag)
