When was the last time you walked for 2-3hrs with a 15min rest ?

Last Monday. Walked for 3hrs with our Social walkers night group...

Why would you be interested in powerwalking?

Yes. I love exercising . Walking is the most effective way to excercise , put power behind this you have a furnace burning calaries machine.

Are you insured for accidents that may lead you in a fall. Do you agree that you will be walking or excercising at your own risk ? Please note Answer to this question is vital for membership!

Yes health-care . However I understand that I will be walking at my own risk.

Would you be needing a medical examination from your Doctor before walking with the powerwalkers group ?

No I believe I am very fit and have no reason for medical advise. However I will be going to get a regular checkup as all should do this.


Hi love jogging for losing weight, power walking for endurance ,fitness and walking for Social and Mental health. Looking forward to thumping the pavement with motivated walkers. In Health and Prosperity :-)
