** NB - CHANGE OF VENUE **
** IAG, 388 George Street, Sydney **
With the City Hotel going off air for a while, we're pleased to advise that the meetup will be held this month at the IAG promises on George Street.
As emailed, to accommodate security requirements, everybody *must* RSVP to allow the names to be checked off the list.
Our first speaker will be Robert Shand.
Rob works with Ecetera Ltd as a DevOps Consultant. One of his big passions is to rid the world of badly behaving apps, by standardisation and automation. He’ll be presenting a topic on the function create_resources (mainly focused around users and groups) and deploying multiple ssh keys per user via hiera. We’ve seen a few modules on ssh keys but none tackle multiple keys per user. Let’s find out how. . .
Another great speaker - TBC
Open Space - Let's have a facilitated discussion on any topics of interest on the night. Let's draw from the collective expertise of the group and share.
As always, we invite and need member participation. These Meetups are a great place to take your first step at public speaking. Fantastic from a personal development perspective, and also helpful to get your name on the map ;) What do they say...9->5 to survive, after 5 to thrive!
Let us know what topics are of interest, and then come and join us!
