Reporting 201 is for you! Come to our June meet-up to build on the basics we covered in May, hear how some other NFPs have used the more advanced features of reporting to transform their organisations, and and have a chance to practice pulling reports with other administrators around to help. (If you want to practice, please bring a laptop, if you can!)
Lisa Tarca will join us to share some success stories of her work with clients of SVA (including The Song Room and AIME) and with One Laptop per Child. She'll also talk about the plans she's a part of at The Hunger Project Australia to grow Salesforce and implement strong reporting use.
After getting your head around some use cases, the real learning begins! Topics will include building charts and dashboards, embeddable analytics (that is, the super cool new functionality that lets you put charts directly on records!), creating and managing custom report types, writing custom report formulas, creating joined reports, using cross filters, and building bucket fields.
This session is primarily aimed at beginner admins who have attended our Reporting 101 session or intermediate/advanced admins with some reporting experience. If you a reporting beginner and you were not able to attend our Reporting 101 session, please download and review the Salesforce Reporting guide we went through in our last training to get up to speed.
