Minimizing Sign-offs, Hand-overs, unnecessary documentation Practical example approach to maximising collaboration and minimizing the necessity for generating documents, handovers and sign-offs. How do project teams reduce their feedback loops in an attempt to reduce the waste. 6:00pm - Don't call Lachlan to get let up in the lifts for a change - we'll be at the University of Sydney * - eat some pizza and have a drink 6:30pm - 8:00pm - Talk about Minimizing Sign-offs, Hand-overs, unnecessary documentation - Talk about something else if the first part of the session grounds to a halt (unlikely I suspect) - session retrospective - ask for volunteers for next session * Seminar Room 3 (Room 156) in the Merewhether Building which is on City Road just past the pedestrian bridge.
