Final Meetup - How to Get Rid of Scrum

  • Nov 12, 2013 · 5:45 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

After 5 years and 50 meetups this User group and the framework are showing their ages. Surely there are better / newer / faster frameworks out there now. But before we go we want to be good citizens and let you know how you can remove scrum from your organisation, go back to factory default settings. Join us to learn how to smoothly remove those pesky stand-ups, retrospectives etc and get back to those fantastic spreadsheets and status meetings.

For our final meetup (this year) we will talk about all the things that using Scrum can get rid of or improve by thinking, a bit backwards, about how you would remove scrum if we wanted to go back to the 'old ways'. Inspired by a post by Erwin Verweij.

Will there be any more meetups this year or early in the new year? I'm super keen! :-)

Awesome session. Well done Stuart. Gets you thinking on how to approach installing scrum into an organisation.
