Practice your Spanish- freestyle- all levels @ The Criterion Hotel- $6 cocktails

Dear Members, We have secured a fortnightly booking at the Criterion Hotel (downstairs private venue). The idea is to hold a Wednesday, fortnightly Spanish Language conversation meetups. The Criterion Hotel is a fantastic venue and its only 2 minutes walk from Town Hall Station!. We also negotiated $6 cocktails.

Members of this group will have a unique opportunity to practice their Spanish at the SEEM structured meetup at St James Hotel one wednesday and attend the following wednesday at the Criterion Hotel to get a different Spanish language experience - all levels are welcome in a free style mixing and mingling envirenment .
You will have the best of both worlds ..."Spanish in practice action every wednesday night" ..

BUT! We need your support in order to hold this venue long term and to avoid a $250 room hire ..so we need about 50 members to attend..so please promote this venue ..I am sure that if you haven't been there you will love it..its a downstairs basement venue and totally separated from the Club. You can also order dinner and eat downstairs .

As organiser of this Group, I am determined to make this concept a real success I will personally be responsible for this meetup and will call on volunteers to assist me on the night of the event ..but can't do that without your support..this meetup is established for you ..

The Sydney French Language Group members will be invited and will occupy the right side of the venue .

SO ..
I hope to see you there and lets help make this vnue a permanent one.

Take care

This was a fun Spanish Language conversation practice and social ..happy to have met many new members.I left at 9.15 pm and there were many members still enjoying their spanish practice and social..tell your friends and other members about it and see you on the 24th November at the Criterion Hotel downstairs function bar .

Great again, but must get the pub to turn the loud thumping music off so that we can hear each other. It's hard enough trying to speak and hear a foreign language ... You can only really hear the person right beside you, so if you are on the edge of a group, you are quite isolated.

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
