Shane ParkinsonJames is alway topical and while he's level of testing competency and skill is certainly at the upper end of the bell curve, my worry is how do you get people at the middle (or below) on the bell curve up to the same level of competency! Less formal documentation by inferences requires higher levels of reference knowledge and understanding!
If you don't have a team of jame Bach's we need to find a happy middle ground in the level of documentation we need to produce which isn't wasters, but value add for the team.
