The Tea Centre at The Glasshouse (on Pitt St in the CBD) runs a Saturday tea school session once a month. July's topic: WHITE TEA.

Tea scholar David Lyons presents a morning of history, knowledge and conversation on white tea, answering questions such as:

  • What is it?
  • Where does it come from?
  • What’s so good about it?
  • What does it taste like?

The cost is $20, including notes and tea tastings.
