You can expect weekly meal plans. You will know how, what and how often to eat so that you can lose body fat, drop clothing sizes and get back into your skinny jeans.
We monitor your weekly nutrition through MyFitnessPal.com. Your coach will personally review your weekly nutrition and make suggestions based upon your goals that will help you get fit, get lean, and do it faster!
And every Saturday through our Get Fit and Give Back FREE boot camp, you help to benefit the Capital Area Food Bank. So far you have raised over 1,600 meals for those in need. Please help to get that number to 2,000 meals raised by bringing just one or two canned food items to boot camp with you every Saturday!
