I am now posting this as a reoccuring event since Brenda has these classes every week.  I may or may not be in attendance, but please feel free to attend.  This is a public event, so there are always more people there than what you see signed up here!

Doors open at 7:00 with the lessons starting at 7:30.  You don't want to be late since if your new to salsa you need to get your basics in!!

The lesson typically runs about 1 1/2 hours and after the lesson they open it for salsa dancing so you can "try" and practice what you've learned

Brenda who teaches the lesson has quite the sense of humor, so you get some added entertainment while learning to dance!

She will be teaching other types of salsa related dance as well.

This is a weekly Thursday thing at this location.

You don't need to bring a partner!  Brenda has us rotate around and there always seems to be about the same number of men as women!

I would suggest that you wear shoes that do not have a rubber sole since you will need to be able to slide easily.  And for women, make sure your shoes don't have an open back at the heal (so you don't slide off them!!)

If you would prefer more private or advanced lessons, please contact Brenda at[masked] or [masked]

    What do we wear?

wear whatever you are comfortable dancing in. Many of the women wear dresses. The thing I would recommend the most is a pair of shoes that does not have a rubber sole. Wear ones that will slide easily and that has a closed back or at least a good strap so your foot does not slide off your shoes!!
