“ The participants are truly pug lovers-- you can see it when they have a batch of six pugs (none belonging to them) crawling all over them as they sit on the floor!! I would really like to see the organizers of the events and the group as a whole stand up and introduce themselves. Lots of questions get asked about do you know who this one is, or that one is, and nobody seems to know. Identifying Kerry and Patti, and others who worked hard on the event would be a benefit to all, and make it easier for people to meet others and strike up a conversation. ”

“ I haven't been able to log on much recently but I like to review the the discussions on the message board. I'd like to recommend another venue to consider for events and/or regular play sessions, a newer facility in a warehouse area off of I-94 at Cretin/Vandalia, Dog Days Daycare. I imagine they do have a fee for using the space, although it is extremely well suited to the size of our group and the growing number of cute puggies... something like 7500 square feet as well as out door space for potty breaks. Take care everyone and stay warm! ”

“ I was wondering what the position is on giving treats at the events to the puppies. I noticed the last couple events I went to there has always been someone who was giving treats to their dogs and it sometimes distracts the other dogs. (I couldn't get mine to leave this man alone after she saw him giving treats to his dog) I attend a small dog play group weekly with my trainer and there is a rule there that we can't give our dog treats during play because it can sometimes can cause fights. I haven't been a part of the group long, and I was just curious about this and if you could possibly address it. Thanks. ”
— A former member on Feb 13, 2006.
