We have 12 days left before the group closes. Do you really want this group to go on?
Bruce says: "Hi all. I would still like to play badminton again this fall. Right now though I'm having shoulder problems so it will have to wait a short while. Thanks."
Cathy says: "how about a board game night-everyone could bring their favorite game and we could play for a few hours -keep it here on the north/east side of st.paul-m-th are hard for me but I could try if it is nearby"
Brenda says: "It is difficult for me now that I am back at work. My work schedule is now Tues/Thurs/Sat 10 to 7 until November when I will be working more hours. But if we can keep it close to the house it is much better for me. I don't like to drive to far and I am not suppose to be driving once it gets dark because of my night blindness. I like playing some games though. If we can do some things in Woodbury, Oakdale and Maplewood that would be awesome."
So, there is interest in keeping this group going. The problem I have is attendance and participation. If you all would look in the prior events, we've had 3 or fewer attend an event.
That being said, I will create a board game night last chance event for this group to keep it open. Talk about ideas of what you will do and when you are open to do it. The posting will be for Friday evening at 4:00 PM at Subway Sandwich Shop near Highway 96 and Centerville Road in a strip mall across the road from a Holiday Station Store. Bring your favorite board game!!
If there are at least 10 members and/or guests that RSVP by Friday, I'll keep this group open and make more events happen. (You know I have a lot of good ones.)
So, RSVP, come and participate for at least 1 hour.
Remember, there are 12 days left before this group closes. Show your support by coming and participating for an hour. The group won't go on without YOU. I will NOT re-open this group unless there are 10+ members RSVFing, going and participating for at least 1 hour.
Look for the posting soon
