Jenifer Alcorns boot camp is modeled after realistic military style boot camp workouts. Each workout starts with a group warm up, followed by a UNIQUE functional workout- Commander Alcorn has never delivered the exact same workout since June 2003.... so if you are tired of the same old gym workout or boring fitness instructor that is too lazy to be creative you have found the right place!
As in REAL boot camp- there are always different fitness levels, but as Fitness Commander is capable of meshing these levels together with modifications as well as personal challenges so that YOU get a great workout within a large group, leaving you with a feeling of personal accomplishment and pride.

DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE ALREADY?
Absolutely not! Most of the new cadets have been looking at my website for a while and are intimidated by the pictures and posts on face book. I encourage and motivate YOU- based on where YOU- are right now. The only thing I ask is that you give your best effort each time you attend.

Yes. Everyone else here started out just like you. We leave no cadet behind!

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS WILL I GET?
You will get the results of the efforts that YOU put. If you show up everyday and give CONSISTENT effort, you will achieve great things- physically, mentally and emotionally. Look at the success of just a couple of the DEDICATED cadets:
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable workout gear (no spandex please...no one should be subjected to that!!!!).
A comfortable pair of running shoes with good support. Bring some water for re-hydrating during water breaks and an additional bottle for the drive home. Long sleeved shirts and pants are suggested if you are allergic to grass.
DO WE TRAIN IN THE RAIN?
This is BOOT CAMP- not day care. We train in light rain. During Torrential downpours we meet underground at the running tunnel at WILLOW AND NEES...under WILLOW!

TEAMJAB NUTRITION MEETINGS
Nutrition meetings are held the first Saturday of each month. The cost of the session is $10.00 per person. The basic nutrition plan is approximately 1.5 hours long and includes:
Instructions on what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat.
(I do not sell/encourage supplements. I believe you can get all you need out of whole food!!!!)
