Sorry Fini, I can't add this since it is too close to the meet and also it needs to be a TED talk. If you can find her giving the same speech at a TED conference, that will work also, thanks.

I look forward to seeing everyone who shows up for Sunday's talk. Look for me in a bright red UH shirt.

Since we only have two hours, how many videos would you guys like to review?

I like this one by Tali Sharot (http://www.ted.com/talks/tali_sharot_the_optimism_bias) but don't want to overload the group.

    March 14, 2014

    • Eric

Thanks for the concern Sid but video submissions at this point won't overload. I will take the 120 minutes we have and divide by number of videos to give us the time for each video talk. Your video has been added!

    http://www.ted.com/speakers/janet_echelman - Taking Imagination Seriously
    John Bohannon: Dance vs. Powerpoint
Ken Robinson: How Schools Kill Creativity

These are a few of my favorites right now. I am researching creativity in the workplace so...The 1st is about imagination leading to fabulous, innovative art globally. The 2nd is also "artistic" in that a fellow presents his powerpoint in human form. Very cool.
And Ken Robinson's is really a famous talk that I watch regularly.

    The other suggestions are cool!

I found it interesting...I will take a look to the one of Julian Treasure...

    Is it sufficient?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
