I think this would be a great event to research. I have reached out to Habitat for Humanity but could use some help - I would love to speak with the original event poster and see if we can make this happen. Please message me if you posted this.

Hey, everyone! So this is Tim from TEDxABQ. We love to see this kind of energy around an event! But we need leaders! Is anyone willing to step up and make this event happen? We need a date and a location, and then we can roll. Any volunteers to lead this project?

    Habitat, not habit...

And yes, these are fun - don't worry about lacking the skills - they teach you. Be warned - if you bring a hammer and tool belt, they will assume you have a clue.

But - the organizers should call the office first. Much easier for the straw bosses to know if a group (and a rough count) is showing up.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
