July Monthly Meetup (Date shifted due to July 4th) (New venue!!)

IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT THE 1ST THURSDAY OF THE MONTH. The date has been moved because we are not having a Meetup on the 4th of July ;-)

So, additional important update. We might have a new potential venue starting July. Twins Pub, a location with an excellent beer list and full menu with all sorts of pub faire, will be giving us a trial run this month.

We have the upstairs room for 2 hours, 7pm - 9pm, and they will see how well they do bar and food tab wise to decide if they want to have us back.

So if you have been holding back going to our Meetups, this is the one we need you at! Lets get as many people as possible so we can lock down this new venue!

--

The topic for July will be a brainstorming event of Meetups and activities that we can do for the new year. Lets hear your ideas!

The Meetup was, AS USUAL, wonderful. Just being with these AMAZING kids is the 'light of my life'. And I got to see some of the 'old timers' who have been with the group from it's start - Paul, in particular. For those of you who don't know him, HE'S THE BEST YOUNG MAN YOU WILL EVER MEET - and talk about TALENTED - and just the sweetest, most adorable, handsome, incredible young man (I guess you can see that I love him dearly). And Jon and Jen and Jax and Jenna and Mary, Ana and, of course, Debbie and Deanna (The Younger) and SOOOOOO many more I either can't remember the name or spell it !!!!! - it was just lovely. AND we had a lot of REALLY NICE - AND INTERESTING - NEW PEOPLE. Yay!

And we discussed plans for future events, meet-ups and venue possibilities (IF anyone can think of a better Meet-up venue, PLEASE let the org committee know).

Thank you JK - without you, we all would never have met.

Love to you all - ALWAYS,

Again, Jon, put the cross streets when you give an address. It helps A LOT.

Jon, do you know if 2nd floor is wheelchair accessible?

    • Jax

Jenna, it's not but the staff will be happy to help take someone upstairs. Just got off the phone with them. The stairs are wide. The main floor is wheelchair accessible.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
