The van has 13 available seats and seats cost $20 per person + paypal fees.
The seats are first come, first serve. To claim a seat, RSVP to this event and make your payment. If you MUST pay in cash, then contact me immediately at [masked] to make arrangements.
Please read ALL OF THE DETAILS BELOW before you RSVP and pay for your van seat. They will detail the time we will leave the city, where to meet and what time we will leave the Faire. Our goals are always to arrive just before the Faire gates open, and leave after the Faire closes.

On Saturday morning, please meet us at 8AM in front of the Starbucks at:
1841 Broadway # 2, New York, NY
This is the corner of 60th Street and Broadway. Right off Columbus circle and across the street from the Jazz Center.
The 1,A,B,C,and D trains all stop at Columbus Circle.
WE WILL BE HEADING OUT AT 8:30AM. We apologize, but in order for things to run smoothly, if you are not there by 8:30am we will be heading to the Ren Faire without you.
We expect to arrive at the Faire around 9:30am and the gates open at 10am.
The Faire ends at 7pm, and we expect to hit the road back to NYC at 8:00pm.
Some additional details:
- The van has a 13 person capacity, so first come, first serve. You need to RSVP and pay the fee via the Meetup.com payment system.
- Our van will leave Columbus Circle the day of the Faire at 8:30 am SHARP. We cannot wait even if you TXT me, or call me, or send a Patronus. We try to get to the Faire before gate opening and give time for people to use the parking lot restrooms and change into costume.
- I will not be able to provide refunds after August 18th. That is the cut off if you find out you no longer want to be on the van.
- I will activate the Meetup.com waiting list for this event, so if anyone drops out, the next person in the list will have the ability to take that seat and pay the fee. If this is before August 18th, the person who dropped will get a refund.
