I'm somewhere between Ginny Weasley and George Weasley. Ginny because she hung on to love no matter what and wouldn't let herself suffer under the weight of sorrow, instead she fought. George because though he and his brother get in trouble, George is more likely to say "Maybe this particular idea isn't the best we've had..."
When the books first came out my mother picked them up because she thought I'd like them. I was surprised by how well she knew me.
My favorite book is Half Blood Prince simply because it has more of those little moments that made me smile. Little pieces of dialogue that were silly but just so right. I felt like some of the books didn't embrace that as readily.
George Weasley, hands down. He is smart, slightly more cautious than his brother, brave, and able to laugh off his pain.
According to Pottermore I am a Ravenclaw which totally makes sense, but part of my heart thought it belonged in Gryffindor. But, I am curious by nature, I am clever and practical. I'm just able to fit my practicality into an emotional situation.
My name is Mary and I am a writer, reader, and jack of all trades but a master of few. I love books of all types, regardless of what is inside. I also love games, though not all games. I'm terrible at card games except rummy and Uno.
