THE SCIENCE OF HAPPINESS: WAKE UP AND SMILE!
In this brand new interactive workshop lucid dreaming teacher Charlie Morley shifts the focus from lucid dreaming to "the dream of happiness" as part of an exploration into how we can be more awake, more aware and more joyfully happy in our daily lives.
Using a combination of scientifically verified techniques, Buddhist reflections, and creative writing exercises (all set within the framework of compassionate acceptance) this interactive workshop aims to reframe our perception of happiness and allow us to connect with the “gratitude attitude” of joyful acceptance.
Come and learn how biting a pencil can make you happier, helping others helps yourself, and how smiling more can change the world!
The workshop has been created under the guidance of meditation instructor Rob Nairn and has the support of Lama Yeshe Rinpoche.
