“Cinco de Mayo (Spanish for "fifth of May") is a holiday held on May 5 that commemorates the Mexican army's unlikely victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla .While Cinco de Mayo. Date is observed nationwide mostly in the United States”
FREE MEXICAN BUFFET will includetacos, tostadas, fajitas, etc

Between the 3 groups, Venue, Ski Club and Divorce Support Group, we had about 245 people!
GREAT TIME!
Plenty of free food in the Mexican buffet, terrific drink specials and fun dancing.
Laughs and conversations galore.

I met up with an old friend of mine there. This is my first MeetUp. I saw 2 people I recognized from earlier singles occasions. I did not care for the music. There was no one else my friend or I saw there that we knew where we could go up and say hello. Two people came up and said hello to her. It was good to hear about other singles groups, like the divorce support group.

Those celebrating were a great group of people. Good job Charlie. Drink specials were right on but not nearly enough food the the crowd size. I must admit that the music wasn't very dance friendly and the majority played was for the early 20's age group. I think the DJ should mix it up more. You could tell by the small dance crowd that it wasn't well received at times.

Charlie always throws the best parties and tonight was no exception. Exceptional crowd of people. New and old friends are always welcome at The Venue events. Fun, laughs, and memories were made and shared this evening. Great to see members on the dance floor and just chilling and celebrating Cinco de Mayo. Love you all, Debbie
