In this crazy busy, "doing" world we are always"on", never just being we are wired to our communication devices with no downtime. Many are distressed, exhausted and our minds are filled with all kinds of distractions. We need to find a way to relieve stress and come into a place of instant stillness when it is happening without any apparatus, using just what is always available: our MIND, body, and the power of breath.     Good meeting by the presenters. Really a deep subject and important is the Self Awareness of being present...amidst all the inner and outer distractions and dialogs, we will be doing more on this in the future. Mindfulness is becoming one of the great techniques to transform depression and focus issues. Good talk here:
