TLC Hiking Group Message Board › Insanity Workout Program Pics from Start to Finish and Fitness Test Results
Some have been tracking my progress as I move through Insanity. A link below are pictures from the start to the finish. Day 1 to Day 65. FYI: Yes, it was awkward having to take the pics every week.....not something I would prefer to do, but the only way you earn the Free T-Shirt is to do this.
It has been a tough 65 days to endure. I was in great shape before I entered into this program, but I wanted to try something extremely hard and new, so I committed my life to 65 days of continuous workouts. If you haven't heard of Insanity......they are the same Company that owns P90X (Beach Body). They recommend that you do P90X before you attempt Insanity, if that tells you anything. lol.
I recommend the Program for anyone who wants to drop inches from the waist line, quickly. Or if you want to bolster your performance quickly. It will tone you up as well and make you more defined. If you are completely out of shape, you too can do the workout, and you will be in shape in 65 days, IF you stick to the program without compromise. Most people I speak to who have tried Insanity, will normally start and stop periodically, thus not really doing anything for them. That's the other hard thing about this workout, you have to commit for 65 days with the same mentality that you are going to complete your workout no matter what even if you are sick or have to work late, etc, etc, and that is not easy.
The Workout really becomes the # 1 priority, and you work the rest of your day and responsibilities around it. I needed the support and compromise from my family in order to achieve this on some days. You can not waiver. There is a schedule and you must stick to it. Anyhow, if you have any questions about it, please email or call and I would be happy to answer any questions.
