Yes, Dr. Robert Shaw taught several workshops at Ohio Academy Holistic Health in the 90's. I have Wave I-II
Have you ever used Hemi-sync?
Yes both in my personal life and hemi-sync is all I use when working with hypnotherapy, Reiki and Intergative Body Work clients.
Have you ever had an extraordinary experience (e.g. Out-of-Body experience, astral projection, lucid dream)?
Yes....both in the workshops and in hypnojourney....
Do you meditate on a regular basis?
Not lately
