Hey there! Well, I've been in hiding, but sure hate it. With life as is, getting married and then surgery, I had to lay off. Just yesterday was my first day back to exercising and started week 1 of my couch to 5K plan... I hope to get on a bike this year, but unless it's smaller distance, I won't be able to and will have to wait until next year.
