Customer Service Position – Client Services Consultant (French speaker)

We are a unique company searching for exceptional Client Services talent to help us further our leadership position within the conferencing industry.  The ideal candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities in this position.

 

Primary Responsibilities (Operator Services)

 


  • Performing Lead Operator duties as required for Open Event and Operator Dial-Out calls.
  • Handling 0-100% of Help Queue requests and Enter Queue requests on the conferencing bridge
  • Reserving conferences that require operator assistance

 

 

Secondary Responsibilities (Client Services)


  • Logging into the ACD queue answering 0-100% of inbound calls
  • Replying to 0-100% of email inquiries
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to our services
  • Resolving Complaints and providing solutions and logging trouble tickets
  • Provisioning needs of the end user
  • Assisting with projects related to the operational health of the department
  • Educating Users on products and services
  • Adhering to diverse processes in a time-sensitive environment
  • Conducting product demos
  • Managing the ongoing retention of existing customers and obtaining referrals
  • Facilitating loyalty-building strategies
  • Engaging in “up-sell” activity and meeting periodic targets
  • Maintaining professional relationship with other departments.

 

 

 

 

Requirements


  • Computer proficiency Windows 2000, MS Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluency in French[/url]
  • Accurate typing of 30 wpm
