Toronto Fitness Community (TFC) has been relaunched to provide a place for fitness enthusiasts new and seasoned, young and young at heart to come together in activity and learning. Its mission is to empower its members to be the strongest versions of themselves in all areas. Mind, body and soul.
Meet our organizers:
David is the owner of Fitness on the Go Toronto. They deliver and teach results based fitness that can be done in the comfort of your own home. He has been training and coaching clients and trainers to be the strongest versions of themselves for over 5 years. He loves to create community and provide as much value as he can to others.
Julian has been helping Changemakers, Influencers, and High-Performers get Ripped using his unique training and nutrition protocol. His combination of strategic strength training, intermittent fasting, and flexible dieting has helped hundreds of people develop the best physique of their lives.
Being healthy not only means being active, but also eating right, and leading a stress free life style. Our goal is provide activities and work shops on a minimum bi monthly schedule to help in all of these areas.
