The Temple of Love and Kindness, aka TOLAK DUBAI Healing Centre, is one of the first of its kind in the Arab World supporting the amazing high-vibrational community in the United Arab Emirates and the Region.

Our mission is to revolutionize the way generations interact with each other and the environment; embedding spiritual inspiration, creative arts and sustainability principles in the Aquarian new age culture and society, negating egoic needs and greed, while respecting and strengthening the traditional values of simplicity, minimalism and cooperation.

The weekly SOUL SESSIONS question the conditioned mind and karmic limiting patterns and discuss the Laws of the Universe and their practical applications in everyday life. SOUL SESSIONS also encourage you to expand your horizons and create balance in life nurturing your body, mind and soul equally.

The TOLAK members generally aspire to be more serene, calm and conscious through subjective and mystical practices including meditation, visualisation, silent reflection, prayer, tapping into inner wisdom through intuition and conscious choice-making in a collective setting. Some may also find passion and enthusiasm return in their lives as they step into their zone of genius, creativity and high-productivity. All these methods and techniques accelerate our evolution in the direction of unity consciousness.

The basic guiding principles of the TOLAK are non-judgement, non-attachment and non-resistance.
