At this point, we are at the beginning of this garden club journey and the one thing we know for sure is that we want to grow great, healthy, organic food and be in company. How the club will develop is up to you, the members. Maybe smaller groups will form to pursue different interests, such as doing garden days in rotation, do seed saving and sharing, cooking together, sharing recipes, learning different ways of preserving the bounty, having food swaps, growing specific crops for the Lemon Grove Food Bank or for churches providing free meals.
There is no limit to what we can do, keeping in mind the focus on organic, sustainable practices.
