This is a one hour Classical Hatha Yoga Class. We are going to do a lot of breath work and body opening - if you have taken Yoga before at a Gym or Studio, this class might be a bit different from what you are used to. Class will be adjusted to those present. So, if you are out of shape or can't touch your toes, don't worry, come and you will benefit. If you are already in pretty good shape, you can always take it to a higher intensity level.
