Yoga: Keep Your Body Fit For The Garden

This is a one hour Classical Hatha Yoga Class. We are going to do a lot of breath work and body opening - if you have taken Yoga before at a Gym or Studio, this class might be a bit different from what you are used to. Class will be adjusted to those present. So, if you are out of shape or can't touch your toes, don't worry, come and you will benefit. If you are already in pretty good shape, you can always take it to a higher intensity level.
A $5 donation is welcome, but if you can't, come anyway.

I will only be involved in the gardening. I am recuperating from a foot condition and still have to wear orthopedic boots. Yoga won't be possible right now.

no problem. If you don't want to get frequent emails, you can set your preferences to only receive weekly or to not receive any emails and just go to the meet up site to check what is going on. Looking forward to seeing you at a gardening event…...

Meetup has allowed me to meet people I wouldn't have met naturally - they're totally different than me.
