All of you who would like to do a workday, please go ahead and schedule it as a suggested meet up. Go to the Home page, go to suggest/schedule (not sure what comes up for you) and fill in the information. If you have a specific project in mind, describe what you want to do, if people need to bring tools, if you are providing food and so forth. The more you can tell about it, the better. All goes - labor for a specific project, overall design ideas……
As far as tour go, we could schedule different times, maybe every other month and group gardens which are closer together. Hopefully, then we get a good turnout and also encourage more people to want to show off their (never finished :) projects….

week day after noons or weekend afternoons are best

I agree about spreading it out. Maybe only 2 per meetup, every couple of weeks .

What if we did a biweekly garden tour? Just short walk through and leave the work parties for another day?

lets spread it out a little more, like over 2 weeks or over one month. Otherwise it takes up the whole weekend and we can't get anything done in our own gardens. Its spring now, busy garden time.

HI, Boulevard is off the 8 east, about an hour from Marianne. We are finishing up the remodel and almost ready to turn our attention to the 2 1/2 acre garden. Need Ideas and labor. Ideas and a look see, a potluck would be nice. Work group and I will provide lunch. Weekends are good.

weekends are best for me. Seems so far the houses are a bit spread out. Maybe we could do 2 groups; one Saturday and one Sunday? Do 3 gardens per day? Maybe Marianne, me and Joe Saturday (end with a campfire), and then Dawn, Darlene & Michelle on a Sunday. This way people could choose one or both days.

I'd love for people to come visit my garden and give recommendations. I'm in Rolando and can be a driver. I have room for 3-4 in my car.

I would love someone, several people, to visit my place! I am at 1,000 feet elevation here, off the 8, between Lake Jennings Park Road, and Dunbar Lane.

I am thinking of some sort of "see my garden stuff, MAYBE help do some work, talk about vegetables, and have a potluck, followed with a campfire " event. Let me know if you feel interest in any of those ideas, I could use help in organizing it!

    PLease talk & comment!

Here is latest raised bed, with some weeds, onions, beans and more!:
