Monthly Propagation: Grafting Loquats and more

This month, we moved the meeting to Saturday to be able to take advantage of the facilities at the South Bay Botanical Garden at South Western College.

We will be grafting Loquats, potting up plants which need it and maybe graft some Cherimoyas. You also can take some time to wander through the garden, if you came to the pruning classes, check out how our handywork panned out.

Usually, meeting are the 3rd Sunday of the month starting at 3pm. We will present and practice different propagation techniques throughout the year, including grafting, air layering, starting plants from seed, cuttings and so forth. More details about each meeting are announced closer to the date.
We always like to share refreshments, so, bring what you got. Donations are highly appreciated to cover cost of materials we purchase, such as seeds, potting soil, printing of handouts and so forth.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
