Tomorrow! San Diego Edible Garden Society Monthly Meeting

Monday night at 6:30 the San Diego Edible Garden Society has its monthly meeting at Balboa Park. We meet in room 104 Casa Del Prado. Parking at Balboa Park can be trickly, give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot. We have a guest speaker for this event. Don Schultz is the Program Coordinator for Cuyamaca College Ornamental Horticulture Dept. He will be presenting the Pest of the Month segment on Aphids. Don has a B.S. Agriculture Biology from Cal Poly Pomona. Don teaches several subjects at Cuyamaca but my favorite is Plant Pest and Disease. He knows his bugs! You will not look at an aphid the same way again after this presentation. I will be presenting Blackberries and Raspberries and how to grow them in your garden.

Please join us for a fun night. Event is free and everyone is welcome. We will be having a raffle (this helps offset the cost of the room rent) and Erik and I will have some of our local honey to sell also.

Hope to see you there,

April and Erik
