Always been semi-athletic. Worked with Team In Training and rean San Diego Rock-N-Roll Marathon 12 years ago. Off and on Runner since. Currently training using Tri-Mastery, Suzanne Atkinson, First Time Sprint guide alternating swim, bike, run 2x per week each even with one day rest.
Looking for a group of like-minded folks who take the sport and their health seriously but have a lot of FUN doing it. Training alone is ok but I lack the comraderie and support that can help me excel and in turn I can help thers. Certainly looking for those who enjoy the challenge of the current goal and wish to press the envelope of longer distance, different events or a new PR. Also with bad knees, bad back, poor technique...but a reeeally nice bike...I can use all the help I can get. Brother from NY is sending swim drills but, I think he is trying to kill me so he can win the bet.

Older brother challenged me to run the Sprint at San Diego ITU on 20 April. Loser pays hotel bill...NEED HELP!!! Looking for a dedicated but FUN group to train for this event, then Olympic, Half,...Full???
