A message from Pr. Henry Pruden, TSAASF Chairman:

Dear TSAASF Colleague,

I am happy to bring to you a rare opportunity to attend the IFTA 2013 Conference at a substantially reduced cost. As you may already know from our ads, IFTA's annual 2013 conference will be held in San Francisco, October 9-11. The conference agenda is extremely content rich and we will have a parade of distinguished speakers like Jack Schwager, Ed Seykota, Linda Raschke, Martin Pring, Constance Brown, Howard Bandy, Dave Keller, Katie Stockton, Craig Johnson, Ralph Acampora, Trevor Neil, Henry Pruden, Greg Morris and many others. The conference fee will include all food breaks, lunches, and two exciting evening events.

The TSAASF Board has established a Rebate Program for members planning to attend IFTA 2013 in October. The first 20 TSAASF members who register and pay the full conference fee of $995 between now and July 31 will receive a $250 rebate. The TSAASF will automatically apply $75 towards your 2014 membership fee. Then $175 will be returned to you as a check by the end of October.

Please browse conference website to see other pre- and post-conference offerings. The conference is shaped to become the biggest TA event of the last 40 years in Bay Area. Make sure you will not miss this opportunity and use TSAASF's rebate to lower your attendance cost.

For more information about the conference, please visit IFTA's site:

A very nice conference with a wide variety of presentations. As is usual, the opportunity to meet presenters and conference attendees was a highlight.

I had seen a Bloomberg-hosted pre-event conf on Tuesday Oct 8th at their SF office. Can someone point me to the details of it? Can't find it.

Hi Kiran. Please browse through agenda for Tuesday, October 8 for Bloomberg's event details: http://conference.ift... . But please note that this event is only available to registered conference delegates, and as of today it is completely SOLD OUT even for delegates. Thank you for your inquiry.

I did not realize there is a pretty hefty fee...

Roman, I only meant to explain my withdrawal as too expensive for me, not a judgement on the value proposition. Sorry for the misunderstanding. It surely looks like a very interesting event.

No problem, Sorin. Wish you can join us!
