Finding time to work out when you have kids is hard! This is a great way for parents to get together and work out while the kids are interacting with both parents and each other! Parents of all fitness levels and kids of all ages are encouraged to come to the meet ups.
I post a list of free classes, but I also offer these fall classes:
9 am Mon-Friday
7:30pm Mondays Pre/Post natal
6:30pm Tues/Thur HIIT & Strength
7:30 pm Wednesdays Target areas: (different target area each week, but goes in this order: barre, abs/core, lower body, upper body)
