***RSVP procedure has changed, please take the time to understand the changes.

***If something is unclear, please do not hesitate to ask for clarification.

Until then, here are a few details about the meetups organized by the TdT community:

1. The meetup topic is announced 1 week before the event itself, the latest.

2. RSVP for a meetup is possible only 10 days prior to the event.

RSVP is accepted until 1 day before the event at 2:30pm.

Please make sure you are able to attend if you book your seat at the event.

Changing our RSVP to "NO" one or two days before the event is preferable to not changing it at all (and not showing up) or changing it one hour before the event.

By updating our RSVP in time we show respect to the persons on the Waiting List and to our word.

3. Meetup starts at 18:30.

Please show up at 18:15 to ensure a smooth and proper start of the event.

4. Each meetup has the following workflow:

- by the organizers/facilitators: introduction to Tabara de Testare

- you will be informed that pictures might be taken during the meetup which will then be published on the meetup board/online and you have the opportunity to express your agreement or disagreement regarding this matter

- by the speaker: speaker background & then the presentation / workshop itself

- live feedback if time allows it

- upon departure, each participant is invited to donate 10 lei to cover the expenses for the location (i.e. Cluj Cowork)

- electronic feedback form - available on the meetup message board after the event

5. Being a speaker at Tabara de Testare

- have experience in the field you wish to talk about

- base your presentation on your own experience (practical over theoretical aspects are praised)

- contact Tabara de Testare organizers/facilitators for discussing your topic and preparing the event

6. Contact Tabara de Testare through:

It was a great meetup as it reminded me of subjects I once had contact with during a project a few years ago in Stockholm (project which involved a psychologist, design expert, HCI professor + tech people, had user studies & questionaries) and have put them aside since then.
I'm really glad this meetup happened and Mihaela made the time for it.
    Thank you, Mihaela!

P.S. For those awaiting the presentations, they can be found in the Files section under the name "mobilewebux".

Some excuses... So I forgot to leave my feedback paper. If you Mihaela are interested, I can give the paper to you or explain myself over a coffee. You had a great topic!
I was in an unusually stressed state and I really loved the answers I got, though, I showed my appreciation poorly. I still stand behind my statement that "usability" has a *real* meaning in English, but I also understand now better your points about involving users. Great thanks to "Altom" and "Firefox", since we are not personal here at all. :-)
Interestingly, only women taught me during this in the Meetup, though, Gabi was keeping up!
Lastly, ever since I have a family and "other" priorities, I really wish we could think again about the plan to do these meeting 2 times a month. If you are up for it, let me know. ([masked] or Twitter or Facebook or[masked] or anything) Thanks for the presentation and the discussions!

I also loved the interaction between participants and the nice combo of practical exercises and presentation.

Looking forward to check the presentation, as I need to go through some aspects I might missed.

I liked the topic and the exercises. Maybe a bit more time to explain all the terms, expectations etc. ( was a bit noise during the exercises and it seemed that some questions were repeated) Thanks Mihaela for the research/presentation! I will be waiting for the slides.

Yes, indeed I should have given more explanations for the exercises. Thank you for your feedback.

It was great to see participants engage in usability testing debate. I feel I reached my goal.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
