RAW FOOD POTLUCK WITH ELEPHANT GAME

Raw Food, Raps and a White Elephant Game

1.) Grand raw potluck with recognition of best dishes.

Please bring a dish with organic ingredients and stay away from cacao, agave syrup, GMO products and other process food.

Please park in front of the house or on the street downhill from us.

2.) After the potluck we will have some rapping fun with Michael Ruescher. He will bring a beat or two and people can either freestyle with him, or throw out words or topics for him to muse about.

3.) "White Elephant exchange game" means that you bring to the event something nice which you do not want or need anymore. Perfect time for spring cleaning!! We will play with those object and hopefully you will take something home you enjoy. It is a perfect game for the spring cleaning season.

See you.

    A really wonderful group,
Anna is very creative and encouraged me to do a freestyle, and these people where nice enough not to throw any raw tomatoes at me.

Raw cacao is simply not healthy. It puts a load on the liver. If any, cooked is even better than raw because some of the various poisons are destroyed. If you need more details what they are I have to look it up. Yes, it tastes nice, but it is also good to know the truth and make informed choices.

I love how you tell folks to say away from agave, gmo, processed food -- that's excellent! I've heard recently than some raw foodies will not consume nutritional yeast. I have heard (and read) that cocoa is a stimulant and can cause damage if eaten in excess, but that can be said for many things -- is there a reason in particular for not using cocoa (aside from it commonly coming as a powder)?
