This week our run will begin at 7:30 am. *One time, we will be running strong for 16 miles, which will lead to taper week. Can't wait! I really like how we have 2 distance/pace groups. Some of us gearing up for upcoming race others maintaining condition. If you identify yourself as a long distance runner, you should run this one. After run refreshments to follow the blood, sweat, and tears....luckily it has mostly been sweat!
I'm always in for exploring new routes and finding new adventures and I have always wanted to run over the Narrows bridge connecting the Scott Pierson trail with the Cushman Pipeline trail. Ran this one, and it offers amazing views, some challenging (great for training) 10% grade hills, and top notch trail planning. Also great for different distance goals. Bridge here we come!
