Options galore this Saturday, Flex Runners! We will start at 7:30, running clockwise around the 5 mile drive seemingly a good recovery run as opposed to the traditional route (e.g. S2N route). If getting up for an early morning run is not your cup of tea and you fancy a 6 mile run on a flat course, join us at 8:20, as our group transitions to running on Ruston, 3 miles out and back. For runners who want or need 10+ distance, of course, arrive at 7:30.
