Monday morning 5 mile drive run

This Monday morning, let's run the 5 mile drive! Conversational pace. Making way for our speedwork on Tuesday and also recovering from our long run. We'll be taking it pretty easy. Great place to run, with a few challenging hills. Yay! Point Defiance, here we come. We will meet at the entrance to the Point Defiance Park in the Parking lot overlooking the duck pond. See you there! *We may run a mile around the duck pond, so we can warm up on flat.

    Thanks Anson, Tawnee, and Roger! You all are reliable Monday morning crew. Some of us were feeling more uppity than other, but we still ran as a team, at 8:27 pace. I then ran 3 miles tempo at Ruston, at 7:30 pace, and finished off with a few 100m sprints. Just trying to use my limited time more effectively, thus 5 mile easy run, 3 mile tempo, then some sprints. If you'd like to train with me for the second half tempo on Ruston, you're welcome to join me!
