Thursday has always been the day that is reliably set for flex runners wanting to develop more speed. 5k to 10k pace, 5-6 hill repeats. We will run a little around war memorial park, and then do some hill repeats near the bridge or use the incline at war memorial park. Remember, hills are our friend. Helps our legs get stronger!
