Tuesday morning track run

All paces welcome! We will warm up for a mile as a group. Then run either tempo 5k or a timed run. You can simply run easy around the track, or do the prescribed workout which will be a run at perceived exertion of 8 on 1-10 scale. Once the workout time is complete, we will cool down. We will meet this time at the track. The run will start right at 9, but you can join us anytime. Optional addition to the run: 6x 400m intervals.
