What is your running level? Just starting, pace (minutes/mile), longest run to date

I have not raced longer than a half marathon. My pace depends on the type of run, i.e. tempo, interval, long, but typically anywhere between 7:30 and 8:00/mile

What days and times can you run? Where do you like to run?

I'm pretty flexible between 7:45 and 3:00 and then in the evenings. I prefer mornings, though. I love Point Defiance and the Orting Trail but am open to trying new places.

What is your current goal for running?

I think it's time to do a marathon to check it off my list. My goals for 2013 fall and winter are to bump up my mileage and get faster. I would like to do a below 1:45 half marathon, too. Also, to enjoy running again after training for so many months!!


I'm a triathlete who wants to focus more on running during the off season. I'm a stay at home mom with two daughters. This allows my schedule to be very flexible.
