We are learning fundamental Tai Chi principles and techniques in the context of a short Tai Chi form.
We use Tai Chi movement, meditation, self-massage, and breathing exercises to foster a sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
Cultivate some serenity in class and carry it out with you into the wide world!
Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to take your shoes off.
This class is appropriate for people at nearly any level of ability. Newcomers and beginners are always welcome.
