Signal Hilltop Park Tai Chi Chuan

We are teaching and practicing Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan form set 24. This is the Chinese national workout, as well as the most popular tai chi style practiced worldwide. This class is great for begginers as well as for people with tai chi experience. The class is free to the public. We recommend that you where comfortable clothes.
