Join us as we practice Tai Chi 24-form Yang Style, an ancient Chinese form that helps create a healthy balance of Yin-internal energy with Yang-external energy.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a bottle of water.
These classes are free; donations are graciously appreciated - suggested $3-$8 or simply tell your friends about us.
Anyone can learn Tai Chi - any age, all levels of fitness. If there are any medical condition, injuries, pregnancy, etc. please consult with your doctor prior to attending.
Tai Chi Location
~ Culver City Park - Tai Chi practice is every Sunday morning at 9:45am Our Awesome Tai Chi Members meet on the smaller patch of grass in the rose garden, near the corner of Jefferson Blvd and Duquesne Ave. Free parking is available going up the hill on Duquesne Ave.
Please dress according to weather conditions - protecting yourself from both hot or cold temperatures. Note: Classes will be canceled in the event of rain.
