You are welcome to join us to learn and practice Tai Chi at Financial District of San Francisco!

Tai Chi is a "meditation through movements". Currently Huiling is teaching Tai Chi 18-form. Huiling has practiced Tai Chi 18-form over 15 years. Tai Chi 18-form can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, anytime, in any length (5-10 minutes, or longer). It's especially great for people who tend to sit for a long time at a desk. As a financial analyst worked in the banking industry over 14 years with long time sitting, Huiling really benefited from and truly believe in this natural, simple and rejuvenating exercise. The benefits from Tai Chi are:
1. Reduce capo tunnel symptom, alleviate neck and back sore from long sitting in front of a computer.
2. Enhance immune system, less allergic to pollen, less cold and flu, more stamina and energy
3. Increase flexibility. It's safe and no impact on joints.
4. Reduce stress, happier and more balanced view of life.
