What quality of life can we experience with others if we do not access our own personal happiness? According to yogic philosophy, we inherit many lifetimes of mental and emotional patterns—known as samskaras—through which we cycle through again and again during our lives. These habits of thought and emotion are vehicles which carry the mind away from, or towards happiness. So how can you create thought habits that drive your mind towards happiness? The answer is by being mindful and deliberate in what thoughts you chose to focus on. In this workshop, not only will you learn methods to create happiness through the power of mindful and deliberate thinking, you will also learn how to overcome mental habits that block the flow of enjoyment.
